Make skin heal faster?!

I had these two little bumps near my mouth and they were bugging me so I picked at them (yes I know, bad idea) now I have these two red little scratches near my mouth!. They weren't pimples because they were the same color as my skin, but I would like to know how to make them heal faster!? Oh and I know what I did was wronggg and I won't do it again haha!.
