I don't smoke but my lungs aren't clean at all!.
My father smokes and it's really getting to me!. He smokes around a packet a day (25)!. My mom and I try getting him to stop or at least decrease the numbers but he's too stubborn and it's no use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,smoke about 15 a day!.totally regret starting when i was 12!.im now 22,and have never stopped,not even tried!.but i do enjoy it and it means i get more work breaks lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
