Answers:
yes you can
It's a genetic thing, around 50% of Asians (higher than that in my unofficial observation of friends) can't me details in the etabolize alcohol properly!. I just stay away from the stuff when I need to be in top form, especially since I don't just turn red, I can also end up throwing up after just one drink (fun times!)!. I found I have an easier time with wine and beer than hard liquor, so pick your drinks appropriately if you are the same!. Otherwise, I haven't heard of a sure cureWww@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't know if you have an infection!. I can't diagnose you and even if I could, I couldn't do it online, sight unseen!.
And yes it could be a result of overdrinking but there are also other causes of bloodshot eyes that have nothing to do with alcohol!. Possible causes of bloodshot eyes can be allergies, eyestrain, fatigue, improper diet, lack of sleep, smoke-filled environment, chemical contaminants, extended exposure to the sun and long hours at the computer!. Bloodshot eyes can also be linked to underlying causes such as conjunctivitis, myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness) and degenerative eye disorders!.
It could be a combination of alcohol and something else!. It will likely resolve on its own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
