I cant breathe propley and im in deep pain with my back help ??

im only 18 nd i have been gettin terific back pain especially at night when my breathing becomes hard i can hardly get up out of my bed sometimes.iv been living on parasetamols for over 2weeks now what shal i do ? help!!
