Do you think my derm will let me take Accutane?!
Question: Do you think my derm will let me take Accutane!?
My mom really gets me down when i tell her I am so fed up with my skin!. Her response is usually "get over it, you'll never have perfect skin" or "it's a fact of life"
I have moderate acne, mostly blackheads, big huge red papules on my cheeks (there are always at least two), I always have at least one cyst or nodule!. I'm scarring too!. I have an extremely oily t-zone but sort of dry cheeks!. I also have chestne and bacne!. I get cysts on my back!.
I've had this since I was twelve, but now I'm 16 and it's a lot worse!.
I've tried antibiotics, otcs, topicals, and being on an oral contraceptive!.
NOTHING!.

Definitely should take accutane, but be warned!. If your on accutane you CANNOT have sex!. Be prepared to sacrifice 3-5 months of your life for no pimples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
