Get to a Dr!. immediately!. You could have an ear infection or a sinus infection and lose your hearing!. I have a genetic ear disease called Meniere's and it was triggered when I had a sinus infection!. After the Sinus infection went away the pulsating buzzing didn't and it is now like a loud motor sound in both ears!. There is no cure for Meniere's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
