How do you get rid of bumps on my arm?????
i have all these bumps on my upper arm. They have been getting worse and worse.... and i really want them to GO AWAY!!! i think the condition is like Keriotoisis peralis or something but no matter how much exfoliating i do it wont go away

Exfoliating wouldn't necessarily help with kerotosis because the problem lies with the pores and not the skin cells. You may also have folliculitis, and exfoliating can spread the bacteria responsible to previously healthy skin. If it looks like goosebumps, then it may be kerotosis, and may respond to a good quality body lotion and creamy soap. If it's folliculitis, it won't respond to that at all. Follicultis is an infection of the hair follicles, and forms pimple looking spots at the base of the hairs. The best way to get them under control is to see a doctor or dermatologist for a diagnosis and recommendation. In the meantime, lay off the exfoliating, because irritated skin also breaks out worse. The trouble isn't with the skin, more than likely- it's the follicles and sweat glands that exfoliating can't affect.
