I just tanned and am now red.?

I have tanned numerous times and nothing has happened I just tanned for about 3 minutes and I felt my back hurting I got out and now my back is a solid red this has never happened someone had just gotten out of the bed too I did clean it before I got it it itches and stings really bad

I have been eating a lot of oatmeal lately thats all i ate for about 3 days cause I was to lazy to go get anything else.

I washed my skin with lemon I heard it was good for oily skin and have been eating a lot of oatmeal which I heard does something to you skin?

You could have contact dermatitis from the cleanser you used to clean the bed. Get some cream that contains hydro cortisone & see if keeping this on it helps you.
