are you talking about a hiatus hernia? These type of hernia's can be extreamly painfull - the stomack when full tries to go into the chest cavity via the Hiatus Hernia (hole in the chest cavity).
Hemrhoids are caused by pushing to hard to while trying to use the restroom, sitting on the pot to long, same as above durring pregnency. Not by Hernia's.
