Taking Z-pack for Bronchitis - why do I still feel horrible?!
Question: Taking Z-pack for Bronchitis - why do I still feel horrible!?
I was diagnosed with Bronchitis on Sunday, prescribed a Zpack and Xopenex breathing treatments!. My breathing has improved, but I still have a horrendous headache, really stuffy and runny nose, and I'm sneezing non-stop!. Could this be something else or is it just a cold that won't go away!? It takes time!. Even though the Zpack is only 5 days they are time released and it will take 3-5 days for you to see improvement!. Try some allergy/sinus medicine OTC for the other symptoms and try to wait it out!. Make sure you take all the Antibiotics and hopefully you'll feel better soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes the z pack is not enough!. Usually you should feel better the third day of taking them!. Bronchitis is an infection in your chest that causes mucus which also makes it very hard to breath!. Don't know if that's a normal cold I would suggest you call your doctors office and let them know how your feeling!. Good luck and I hope you feel better!. SherryWww@Answer-Health@Com
