Is it possible for an epileptic person to have a seizure from blinking?!

Question:

Is it possible for an epileptic person to have a seizure from blinking?

I was wondering since people gain seizures from flashing lights.

If one was in a bright room and blinked really fast causing the light to appear and disappear (in the blink of an eye) would that cause a seizure?

Im sorry if this is in any way disturbing or offensive to readers, im 12 so i guess its natural for me to be curious... right?
