If you mean to use the cucumber on your self or have someone use it on you (Anal or vaginal)
Then NO cancer cannot be caused by inserting a vegetable and cannot cause aids.(.which is a Sexually transmited disease..)
Thats means if you have sex with someone and his penis then you can can an STD if your not using a condom..
Some cancers are like cervical cancer can be caused by having sex with lots of partners and not using protection..
Just make sure whatever vegetable or fruit you use is washed with clean water and that you never go from anal to vaginal as you can get infections that way..but otherwise it's safe..
