Tea tree oil, or you can get those emergency stick things but i think they're just tea tree oil with other stuff !.

It all depends on what the spot is that you wish removed!. In general, similar base materials will solvate similar dyes or inks!. Some common solvents you can try are: 1) rubbing alcohol, 2) hydrogen peroxide, 3) orange oil, 4) simple soaps, and 5) complex cleaners like formula 409!. If you are lucky, plain old soap and water may do the trick!.
If you have a handy dandy chemist in the family, they may have access to carbon tetrachloride!. This is an excellent spot remover!. It is just difficult to procure and care must be used when handling (gloves etc)
If you are not so lucky and the spot is made of India ink or equivalent, the spot will be permanent!. In this case, if you really like the garment, you might consider dying the garment to near the same color as the spot!.

Wash with a good antibacterial soap (Carex, Cidal), dab on bit of astringent or antiseptic (tea tee oil is good) and then leave it alone!. If it is really bad and you really want to pop it, do so by pulling on either side, not squeezing as squeezing causes tissue damage and scarring which is worse than the spot as it will be there forever! Once it bursts clean the area thoroughly and wash again with the soap!.
