Diet I found really doesn't have much to do with epilepsy, but their are sum who say it does have an affect. I have had epilepsy for all of my childhood and ate anything and everything with no affects re diet. What brings on a seizure besides the photosensitive is Stress or being upset. Even family fights can trigger a seizure. One thing I say to all parents who I speak to re children and epilepsy is, Don't wrap your child up in cotton wool and over protect them. This does more harm than good in the long term, as they need to experience the knocks in life. Don't stop the child either from doing things just because they have epilepsy. Cheers and good luck.
