Small scratches wont clot?

So Ive noticed that when i get even a tiny cut it takes many hours to stop bleeding. What could be wrong? Im also always cold and have goosebumbs most of the time. I also feel lightheaded when I get up. I have an overactive metabolism and am 5"0 tall and 63 pounds.

You should see you doctor and tell him/her your symptoms. It sounds like you are underweight and could also be anemic (lack of iron) or have hemophilia (a genetic disorder that causes your blood to be unable to clot correctly).
