Oh, my god!.
We are seriously twins!. A lot of things in common!.
(Emotionally, anyways)!.
I'm 5'4 and 108lbs, but I used to be obese!. People always tell me they are jealous of my body, but I hate my body! My legs are short, my thighs are fat, my hips are huge!.!.!.I could go on and on!. Everyday I feel so guilty about what I eat, and I won't eat said food unless I see the nutrition facts!. I HATE when people make jokes about anorexia, cutting, depression, etc!. because they don't know that it's painful for other people!. My mom is a psychiatrist with a bunch of patients with eating disorders and is always accusing my of anorexia!. I think about food, and models constantly, because I love fashion and been around it a lot: I hate the stupid size-2- 6-feet-tall- 100-pounds- chiseled- cheekbones-long- legged models!. I'll admit that I've cried about my body over and over and over and I'm sick of all my troubles!. I can't believe some people can eat whatever they want and not gain weight, unlike me!. If I started to eat normally again (as in normal breakfast, actually eating lunch instead of just an apple, and not avoiding dinner) I would gain a ton of weight!.
You're weight is normal and so is mine, but I'M not satisfied, or anything near it!. Plus I'm 3 inches shorter!. The rule is, 100 pounds for the 5', then 5 lbs each additional inch!.

I hope I helped you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 22; 5'7 and 135lbs!.!. thirty more than you and people look at me and tell me i'm skinny!. I think you are in H!.S!. and dealing with the peer pressures of everything that goes along with being at this stage in your life!. You need to not care so much about what other people say/think and maybe eat healthier rather than not eat at all, or start a work out regiment to burn off those "guilty" feelings!. YOU ARE NOT FAT!. YOU ARE SKINNY!. Please, don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise!. I went through the same thing at your age so I know what you're dealing with just know that you are beautiful and you should enjoy food while your metabolism can handle it because trust me girl, when you get to be my age you actually WILL need to worry about what you eat!. For now, enjoy life don't worry about your weight!. You're perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont feel guilty for eating
its natural to eat!.
i recently read an article about a 14 yr!. old girl who was starved by her mother to only 48 pounds, giving her only a half a cup of water every day and half a peice of toast!.
i think,
that if you feel comfortable and beautiful how you are
then you shouldnt try and lose weight!.

besides im 55, and 108 pounds and im thin!.
if you are 57 and 110 i think you should be okay
just eat healthy

I think you know there is something wrong with you!.

But, you also need to know that if you eat healthy every day and only eat "junk food" every now and then you WILL be a healthy weight no matter what!.
Don't over eat!. Don't just eat junk food!. And most important of all, don't starve yourself or feel bad about eating anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, we learned 'bout eating disorders in health, just yesturday, and yes what you are thinking could become an eating disorder!. But if your friends tell you are thin!. Then believe them, they wouldn't lie to you!.

Plus an eating disorder can result in many different things that are not good for you!.
Like!.!.!. dry brittle hair, weak bones, passing out, and other things like that!.

Well I hope that this helped!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its just under the healthy weight range by about 8 pounds!. But yes eating less and less and feeling bad about when you do is basically anorexia nervosa!. I would talk to parents about seeing a doctor who can help you set up a plan so you don't get an eating disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
