Help am i going nuts?!


Question: Help am i going nuts!?
I am so stressed with life!. Ive got ibs and feel sick all the time!. On top of all that i have panic disorder i feel like im on pins and needles always!. been to the doc!. got antidepressant that just made me feel ten times worse!. did i mention my 14 yr old passed away a little over a year ago!? any advise what i can do to feel better!? been walking the past few days and still nothing!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Day to day life can become stressful!. We try to remain calm but as the day progresses our level seems to accelerate with each situation that arises!.

here's my simple stress killer

1!. Take mental health days!. Ok, so your a responsible worker, but you have sick time, take it!. Who is to say you have to be sick to stay home or take a siesta on a work day, you are entitled!. Researchers say people who do not are at a higher risk of heart attack and anxiety attacks and depression!.

2!. Take a long walk!. next to a good night's sleep, walking is probably one of the best things to do to relieve stress!. it improves circulation, creates a better sense of well being and calms the mind as it releases endorphins!. 15 min to 30 minute walk everyday is key!.

3!. Lose your temper!. Well, I am not saying to curse and scream at everyone who does you wrong but don't hold it in either!. There are ways to vent!. How about keeping a journal, write it all down, than burn it or rip it up and throw it away!. The benefits are amazing!.

4!. Breathe!. Taking deep breaths allows the body to relax and the mind to calm!. Focusing on the breath also reduces anxiety , lowers blood pressure and heart rate!. Meditation is a great way to fight the chaos and hectic daily routines!. When we breath we don't realize how shallow our breathing is!. Take time to do what is natural, breathe!. Try taking a deep inhalation, hold it for a few seconds, than exhale slow holding the breath out for a few seconds, repeat about 5 times!. Do this throughout your day!.

5!. Reach out and touch someone!. Hugging , holding hands, kissing, body massage, making love!. All of these, reduce stress drastically!. healing in the human touch is remarkable!. While improving the immune system, it also reduce activity in the brain leaving the mind in a serenity and peaceful state!. Think about it, touching someone you love makes you happy, how can it not alleviate stress!?

6!. Get outside!. Basking in the sun doesn't only give you your dosage of vitamin D but catching a few rays can help you have a brighter look on life!. The sun also elevates your sprit and serotonin which alleviates depression!.

7!. Take up yoga!. Yoga reminds you to focus in the moment!. There are poses for the nervous system and circulatory system than you just can't get by running on a treadmill!. Combining a gentle movement and breathing reduces stress and improves blood flow, it even lowers blood pressure!. Yoga can be done anyplace, 15 minutes a day, what have you got to lose!?

8!. Learn to laugh!. I am sure you have heard, laughter is the best medicine, and it's true!. laughing reduces stress while releasing endorphins putting you in a better mood!. it lifts your spirits, feels so good how can it be anything but great for you!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need friends and time!. Try to find a nurturing community, like a church or something along those lines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
