Answers:

.Worried no. these counselors truely shoot from the hip/ If they were concerned they would tell you the truth, However for the next several months don't expose anyone else tothe low risk.
Contact your doctor and follow their direction then get tested,
I realize that the next couple of months will be rough.but you can get through it. I am a first responder to emergencies and was exposed , lots of blood and other body fluids from a known HIV + individual., I had to go through it and I obviously wasn't at ease with the situation, My risk was concidered Moderate. I got tested when the dr. recommended and happily tested negative (the Dr. said that he expected it to be that way) since then I have had to undergo 14 additional tests (occupational requirement) all neg.
Just wait the time and get tested , I am sure that you will be OK, If you need someone to listen to you on a as needed and as available basis (I do work real strange hours) please email me. I do know the emotional strain and I will try to assist you in any way.
Breathe easy you got a slight, I'm sure that things will work out
Peace you are not alone in this
Kevin
