Question: Why is my throat sore after eating JUST ONE sunflower seed!?
i tried the regular sunflower seeds and then after one, just like that my throat starts hurting!.

Likely a reaction to some chemicals that have been sprayed on the seeds!. Usually herbicide and pesticides, but they also spray or soak nuts and seeds and other foods in preservatives etc!. to keep them from going rancid since they have been shelled and exposed to the air, they do not keep very long at all!. It's the same reason so many people are 'allergic' to harmless peanuts!. Chemicals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
splinter or part of the seed could be stuck somewhere, take small bite of soft bread, and it may grab it and it'll go down, or!.!.!.
