What is the best way to clean up allergens left by cats?

Hi.

I have two cats. And, I'm not getting rid of them.
The lady I love, however, is allergic.

What products are best for cleaning up after my critters?

Usually, it's not the pet that you're allergic to. It's their dander. Try brushing them and bathing (hard task.. but is attainable) them daily.
