Painful Canker Sores All The Time?
I moved from Cali to North Carolina 9 months ago. Ever sense I've gotten here I've been getting canker sores on my tongue. It's NOT an STD but I'm wondering whats causeing them. I have them literlly all the time. They hurt and it's hard to eat sometimes. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

It's common for canker sores to reoccur in the mouth due to the spread of bacteria. It probably has nothing to do with your location.
What I always do is rub some lemon juice on the affected area. I warn you that it'll sting terribly, but it kills the bacteria and allows the sore to heal up and prevents spread.
Also: Try swishing warm salt water in your mouth. This may sting as well, but it helps the lemon juice to disinfect.
