I have a bump under my chin?!

Question: I have a bump under my chin!?

I can feel a bumb under my chin near my throat!. If I lift my head up I can see it and it barley sticks out!. its not very big, less then a the size of a dime!. It hurts when push it!. I get these some times but they are usually more near my jaw!. Any clue what it could be!? Btw Im 14 just in case that matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
