Well you need to give them fever reducing medication and take temperature often. Do not let the fever get to high. Tell doctor your what is going on with your children. They might a seizure disorder. I know from experience cause I have a seizure disorder when my fever gets I have a seizure. Do not wet your with a sponge children when having a seizure.
