Hi,

Well, I recommend Carmex in the round tube!.

This one:

In wal-mart you can but Carmex for about 88 cents so it's really cheap!

It's for cold sores and works like a charm to keep them small!.

I used to get one every few months now I get one about every 6-8 months!. Mostly when the weather changes!. Also try to keep yourself stress free since that is what causes you to get one!.

For preventing cold sores try taking:

L-Lysine:

Vitamin C:
http://www!.amazon!.com/Nature-Made-Vitami!.!.!.

This will help prevent cold sores and make them go away faster!.

Take one L-Lysine and one Vitamin C DAILY!

As for the scab it will go away just give it some time! Use the CHAPSTICK!

Okay well Hope I Helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
