Answers:

You can not go into something that is bigger
they need a sterile sample some people will say if you boil what ever for three min's you will be ok.
But the water out of the taps are not pure and will mess up the tests and if you dry it then it is no longer sterile.

when you collect a sample you need to wash down there
with a clean wash cloth and soap
making sure to rinse well to get off all the soap and dry with a clean towel. There are germs on the out side of the body and if they get into the sample they can mess up the test.

your Dr or clinic should of gave you a collection kit

they come with a soap packet and towels that are sterile

and they have a great one just for girls and it has a type of funnel that screws on to the bottle so it will not go every where if you can put the test off for one more day ask them for this kit. Every thing in the kit is sterile so you should not keep any thing for use later.

if not wash well and just hold your self appart

Take the sample while sitting on the toilet and even if it does go every where it does not matter they only need 15 CC to 30 CC which is 1 to 2 table spoons

They most likely want a mid-stream sample
so when you collect the sample
pee a little into the toilet first and then take the sample and then empty your bladder into the toilet

The mid-stream will give the best results
other wises you might have to do this again.

Hope this helps
