Question: Could I have Cellulitis in my arm!? I left the hospital twos ago on antibiotics!?
prednisone and protonix!. I finished the antibiotics two days ago and I noticeds that what was once a tightness where the iv went has now turned into two stiff fingers!. small rashes going up my right arm, tingling and pain in the elbow and shoulder!? The little rashes sort of tingle and burn too!. I'm going to the doctor in the morning but I've had some family members suggest that I go to the hospital tonight!. I can't r afford the hospital sized bill though!.

you have phlebitis in your arm vein --
could be simply the result of chemical irritation of the vein (from whatever was infused into it)
BUT much more likely you have INFECTION -- septic phlebitis!.
You do need to see the doctor immediately in the morning -- if you develop a fever at any time tonight - go IMMEDIATELY to the ER!. This can become life threatening if left unattended!.
