AB+ is quite rare in the world. In each population (be it chinese, British, American, Asian, African... etc), AB+ is normally the third most rare. There are bound to be some exceptions, but this is an accurate generalisation.
Prevelence ranges from about 2%-12% in different populations. The rarer groups are B- and even rarer is AB-. This is again true for most populations.
