Help Chicken pox any advice?
My 3 year old mephew is covered and his appetite very poor.
Answers:
lots of calamine lotion keep reapplying through the day and night to sooth. piriton syrup can help to control the itching and paracetamol if he is feeling really bad. Don't worry about the loss of appetite just make sure he gets plenty of cold drinks try making up some ice pops made with juice. When my daughter had it I made up a bed on the floor next to mine as she would wake up a lot in the night, I would just re cover her in calamine and she would fall back to sleep. Lots of tlc for the next couple of weeks. Good luck
