Answers:
when you vomit,, you must give your stomach time to relax, that means 8 hours with nothing at all, no water, nothing!. Then, after 8 hours, start sipping clear liquids, start with water, then if that stays down add gatorade or some other sport drink, if you tolerate that, add other clear liquids like jello, broth, tea etc!. Tomorrow, if you are tolerating the clear liquids start on soft foods and progress slowly!.
If the vomiting persists after hours of taking nothing at all, then it's time to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually 7up or Sprite is good for you!. Sometimes drinking water will just make people throw up (especially since the taste is not always pleasant or bland)!. Crackers is a really good thing to eat, soup or at least the broth (like chicken noodle soup but just the basic with no extra wide noodles or veggies)!. You can eat right after you throw up too because usually your gonna be hungry!. If none of that works try sucking on ice!. then if your still throwing up go to the doctors cause you'll become dehydrated fast (you probably are already) and if nothing helps rehydrate you then they can give you an IV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Room temperature ginger ale is great, Do not eat any dairy while you feel sick!. Dry toast, It's not that bad!. No coffee, just tea!. an herbal tea is really better!. Eat very very light!. If you put heavy food in your stomach right now, it will only come back up depending on how sick you are, Just don't take any chances!. Most people, myself included, don't go to the doctors if I vomit only once or twice!. Keep hydrated, that's the most important thing!. If you take vitamins, don't, they can also make you sick on an empty stomach!. Try these things!. Make sure whatever you take, it's warm including water!. I speak from experience!. Hope you feel better soon!. Be blessedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Water is too heavy on your stomach, also wait a while b4 you eat or drink after you get sick!. Eat some soda crackers, ginger ale is supposed to help and nothing greasy or heavy!. Soup might even be too much i wold just stick with crackers, plain, like premium plus type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Angel Delight or Custard!!! It must be the sugar, I can't even keep water down but Angel Delight!.!.!.!.!.oh yes!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should take some time before eating just so your system can relax!. You should start off by having some clear liquids (water, ginger ale, etc!.!.!.) and then if that stays down then you should try some plain toast and then progress into eating real foods again!. Feel better!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
