retino a [vitamin a derivative] is stronger acting and efficient compared to deriva c gel!.!.!. but retino a has comparitively more side effects!. like scaling, itching, erythema, reddness!.!.!. so, start with lower concentration of retino A available as RETINO-A 0!.025% and stronger version being 0!.05%
