I get a rash on the top of my feet mostly in summer? Anyone know what it is? not in between toes or on sole.?
small bumps get bad in summer sometimes behind my knees or on inner side of elbows? gets so bad in summer I itch until the top of my foot is scabbed up. I know it's gross I tried athletes foot medication but that didn't help except for cooling affect for couple of minutes after I sprayed it on

Its mostly heat rash because i get them on my neck or chest sometimes when it gets hot xD This is nasty but sweat also gives you heat rash when you sweat a lot in that area__you get a rash sometimes
So u can use something like baby powder or Anti-Itch cream that say's 1% Hydrocortisone cream xD Some is with aloe and that aloe cools the brun down xD
