Anything to help my acid reflux?

I already take nexium for the past 1.5 years but I still get episodes at night? Is there anything I can drink before going to bed to ensure the acid wont come up!!!? help, i'm in serious pain.

Sorry my friend, there is nothing more you can do. Nexium is the best medication. Raising your bed might help, also if its affecting you at night, try not eating or drinking after six. Stick to bland foods, no acidic ones (says me who just ate salami), but I know I will pay for it.

If it gets worse, see your doctor for another gastroscopy....good luck!
