Answers:
After an asthma attack you chest and back are sore due to you straining your muscles to breath and tensing up your shoulders!. It will go, it is a sign of your breathing returning to normal this is why you are relaxed and the muscles start to hurt!.
I am assuming your attack is over btw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have a Ventolin [Salbutamol/Albuterol] rescue inhaler, which is okay to take following an asthma attack!.
If your breathing has not returned to normal, you can take it again after ten minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
