Answers:
No!. As we find ways to treat infectious disease the causative agents mutate to avoid being eliminated!. An example of this is antibiotic resistance - more bacteria have mutated and become resistant to common antibiotics - antibiotic resistant staph is a large concern in hospitals!. The same concept can be applied to viruses which are more complicated because their unique ability to replicate and affect DNA!. Most viruses trigger an immune response by the body and the body eliminates the virus, but a virus such as HIV has evolved so that it eludes the immune system and actually takes over causing AIDS!. I hope this is helpful!. Need More!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. The different reasons I can come up with is the many ways infectious agents develop or acquire resistance mechanisms which many times render current therapies useless (ie Penicillin witn Staph)!. Also the increase in zoonotic infections due to more intermingling between humans and wild animal populations!. And lastly, the ease of world travel and the transport of infectious agents from endemic areas to areas that rarely see that disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, no matter how advance or powerful our medicines and disinfectants become, were only strengthening the germs and viruses that produce!. Simply because the ones that don't die from a certain medicine, reproduce and that immunity is kept in the genetics!. And besides, a world without disease would mean our immune systems have nothing to attack so it attacks the body and creates other diseases like allergies!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

technology is getting better every day!. it is possible that one day we will be able to get rid of all diseases completely, but at this time not every disease is cureable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No - we would have to eradicate bacteria, viruses, helminths, protozoa, genetic mutations (such as those resulting in cancer)!.!.!.I could go on and on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably not because maybe if there is a cure for everything maybe something might clash n become a worse disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
