My husband and i have been together for a long time. After we were married I was diagnosed with HPV. Not too long ago he was treated for herpes and an UTI. Dr. Said he got the herpes from my HPV... IS this true????

Those are two separate viruses. It would be like saying that he got chicken pox from your mono. Not gonna happen since you can only get chicken pox from the chicken pox virus.
I would find it very hard to believe that a doctor would say something like this, but I have heard doctors say many ignorant things about herpes. You both need to get into a doctor for testing. He needs to have his diagnosis confirmed and you need to be checked to see if you have it too.
Herpes can be silent for a very long time, so it is possible he has had it for years. It is also possible that you have it an unknowingly passed it on to him.
