Discolored circular patches near genitals?

I have two circular patches of red/pink-ish skin on my upper thigh, right below the crease of the leg, and right near the genital region.

I've never had sex, so I *doubt* its an STD, but I suppose there is that super small chance that it is one... Or I might just be unlucky in the placement of a meaningless skin discoloration.



What is it?

Is it a near perfect circle? Is rough in texture?Does it itch?

Sounds like ringworm, which is a treatable fungus, lotrimin should do the trick.
