Soymilk and Cancer - Is there a connection?
I keep reading stories about hormone levels to be one of the cause of cancer and so on.
I used to consume tons of soy in the past but this made me think again.
Any info?

The jury will probably remain out on that one for about a million more studies but it seems not to be dangerous. There seems to be some statistical (from small studies) correlation between reduciton in breast cancer and soy supplements. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between soy intake and increased cancer. You probably have more risk for cancer from taking HRT and that seems to vary depending on whether you took the combo type or single type. I think you can rest easy...just do your breast exams regardless!
