Does moisturizer have an effect on your skin complexion, or can anyone use any type of moisturizer?
Answers:
I think moisturizer has more to do with the type of skin you have; so if you have chronic dry skin, you would use a different moisturizer than someone who had flaky skin. But in most cases, I believe you can just use any general moisturizer.
