Took antibiotics (Cipro) but have to infection?
Went to the OBGYN with lower abdominal burning and frequent urination symptoms. Since test resuts were not availalbe for a few days, he gave me antibiotic anyway ( Cipro). Called today and was told that there is no bladder infection. I am concern that I just took antibiotics with no reason. Advice?

don't sweat it. occasional antibiotic use will not hurt you. The problem comes when people try to take antibiotics for EVERY little sniffle and problem. They overuse for long periods and get resistant infections.
