Yes!. There are some STD's, like HPV and Herpes, that are passed through skin to skin contact!. So, even though condoms reduce the risk of getting an STD, there is nothing that can protect you 100% from STD's!.

Without Condom = 100% risk
WITH Condom = Risk + break + herpes is skin to skin contact virus, which means if his thighs or balls have herpe sores on him you would get it!.
I have heard people using plastic wrapper to cover up the entire genital and thigh but I doubt you would get any pleasure out of it lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
