What does this mean-am I sick?!

Ok, I woke up just 10 minutes ago from a peaceful, splendid nap!. I had pleasant dreams about sweet potatoes and carrots!.

I awoke with a violent shiver throughout my small body!. Ran into the bathroom, is what I did!. I reluctantly looked into the silver mirror and saw an appalling site!. My face was overlaid with rancid, glutinous green goop!. I instantly thought it was my penny-pinching brother, playing a nasty hoax on me!. I stopmed my feet into his room and fulminated, called his name!. He told me it wasn't him so I spoke with my mother, and she said I might have an illness!. I thew up blood, too!.
