I want to get her a gift that says we are always here for you and thinking of you. I say this to her many times but would be a good gift to get her.

Honestly? AT this point she has had plenty of monetary or gift-like affection. I think the best gift at this point, is a day out somewhere REALLY fun that will take her mind off things if only for the day. THAT she will remember and take to heart.
