Tuesday and wednesday I was in alot of pain and slept most of time!. I've been feeling alittle better since, bust still have a slight pain in my side, like a stitch!. I really want to run and soon as I have a half marathon in month and need to continue training!. How long till I could resume training!? Should I wait to be pain free!? Or done with my meds!? Or is it safe to slowly get back in now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
pain is a sign that something is wrong!. do not run until your pain has subsided!. you need to train, and can go slow and gradully work your way up!. some slight discomfort can be tolerated, but only as permitted by your doctor!. In a long race, your kidneys are faced with a lot of trauma from the bouce it goes thru!. be careful

also note that long distance runners have more oxidative stress than normal people!. Make sure you are taking optimal levels of antixoidants for protection!.

I have had a few kidney infections and if you are being treated for it the day you take the medicine give it about 3 days after that and your kidneys will be perfectly normal again!. Just to be on the safe side though I would wait atleast til the next day after you feel perfectly fine again!. I just got over a kidney infection a month ago and it took 3 days for me to be back on the scene!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
