Question: I have been put on Prednisone 3 tablets by mouth daily once a day!.!.!. read on please!?
the doc said that i will retain fluid!.!. and that I can take a water pill!.!. well I was to doped up and forgot to ask him what kind of pill to get!.!.!. I don't know anything about water pills!.!. anyone have any suggestions!.!. (over the counter) I got a severe case of allergies and we can't figure out what I am allergic to!.!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your Dr should have given you a prescription or told you the pills to get!. Prednisone can be taken with many different medications, but it's much safer if the Dr tells you which one to take!.

ALl of the water pills are about the same!. If you have a real concern you can check with the pharmacist or cut the pill in half and try it first but generally water pills wont hurt you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
