The root cause of my osteoporosis was stress causing me to take 5 extra strength gaviscon antacids per day resulting in poor calcium and D absorption over 10 years!. Always working inside an office or indoors with no sun did not help either!. I found that a diet of green vegtables and green juices solved the acid problem!. I had to rebuild using FOSAMAX and D suppliments for almost 4 years before I was normal again!.
So the answer to maintain good bone density is to stay away from antacids, get outdoors once in a while to get a little sun for D, and take some D2 and D3 to maintain a level above 35 on the Vit D Hydroxy test!. If you have never had a D test, get one!. Doctors normally do not check this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink milk and eat green leafy vegetables!. Take vitamin D supplements!. Get at least 15 minutes of sun every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
