There is no such thing as a Diabetic diet anymore. What is recommended is a healthy diet, reducing salt and using herb in their place can help. Do not buy Diabetic food, the Food Standards Agency have deemed these as having no benefit to the diabetic and are very expensive. Have a look at Diabetes uk website, lots of information there.
