Do I suffer from some kind of sleeping disorder?!

Question: Do I suffer from some kind of sleeping disorder!?
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night unable to move, I concentrate only on my toe, then it will start to wiggle, and then my whole body is able to move!. However, within a couple of seconds I am unable to move again!. I tend to think scary thoughts, for example a creepy laugh, and then I actually start hearing it over and over!. Next thing you know, I'm awake!. I don't know if it's a realistic dream or some kind of weird disorder!. I've had this happen to me a couple of times!. The first time I had it, I woke up and 'saw' a bunch of hands pulling at my sheets and I couldn't move!. I've never seen the 'hands' after that but I'm still having weird occurrences in the middle of the night!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This is called sleep paralysis!. It happens to may people!. You are coming out of deep REM while your body is still waking up--the sleep hormones which are emitted whenever we go to sleep make you partially paralyzed!. Try eating a white cracker and a slice of turkey an a hour before bedtime!. Turkey contains tryptophan which induces sound sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
