If you can see a red bump, it must be involving the skin rather than the testicle!. Can you move the testicle around beneath the red lump!? I'd bet you can!.
It's always a good idea to see your doctor for things like this that worry you!.
This does not sound like testicular cancer, but we cannot diagnose over the computer - sight unseen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

swelling in the Testicles can be one of the three - inflammation, Pus collection due to infection, or secondary to mumps!. or it can be a tumor!.

First to rule out a tumor check if the mass is Hard in consistency!.

Infection of whole testis is called orchitis which can be seen after a mumps virus infection!.

Epididymitis is an infection or inflammation of the epididymis, which is a structure at the top and back of each testicle!. The most common cause of epididymitis in adolescents is an infection due to gonorrhea or chlamydia!.

Infections of Testis and Epididymous can cause infertility as a complication!.

You need to go to a doctor and get some testes done!. Because as a possible complication of this you can develop infertility!.

Anything that appears unnatural "down there" should be taken under serious consideration!. That is a very sensitive area for both men and women, and any problems that get brushed off or overlooked could end up being very serious and even deadly!. I would definitely go see a doctor as soon as you can!. Your doctor will be able to tell you if it is something you need to worry about and how to handle it!.

Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need to see a doctor, but it may just be a zit type thing - lots of people get them, or ingrown hairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
