Blood test results - how long does it take to come through?
I went for a blood test this morning (Mon 2nd July) to test for suspected glndular fever / mumphs and i was just wondering if anybody knew how long it would be to get the results through as i don't have a clue?
Answers:
Monospot for GF takes no more that 24 hours. Mumps Ab test is often done in batches, so although the test takes only a few hours it may not be processed for 2 weeks!
