Question:
Those with OCD...?
OCD is a serious condition I realize being one myself. With that said, I am looking for any positive feedback from just those folks out there that also have it about what has worked for them. I do meds and counciling but thought it couldn't hurt to explore others thoughts.
Second half of this question is just building on the first--are there any ladies out there that are ocd--diagnosed as such..would be curious to start talk with you if you would be ok with it in email.

I have been diagosted with OCD but I refused to take medicines for it. I dont have it that bad I just remove myself from situations that might trigger it. My email is always open to anyone
